By-laws
Horseshoe Canada Association Bylaws(2000)
1. The Board, and in the absence of any direction from the Board, standing then temporary committees, shall adopt policies and other decisions and shall have these items included as “Schedules” to the Bylaws
2. The Members, and in the absence of any direction from the Members, the Board, then standing and then temporary committees shall adopt fees and costs and shall have these items included as in Schedule B: Rates
3. The matters dealt with in these Schedules shall be adopted by ordinary resolution (in descending priority):
A. Members
B. Directors
C. Standing Committees
D. Temporary Committees
4. Policies adopted at a meeting with higher priority shall override any conflicting policy adopted at a lower priority meeting.
